Access to the full Service requires a valid paid subscription purchased through our authorized payment processor (Paddle). All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscription pricing is subject to change with prior notice to users.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel the subscription through your Paddle account or our platform before the renewal date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to generating content that violates copyright laws, is defamatory, obscene or harmful.
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all subscription plans, starting from the date of purchase. All refund requests submitted within 14 days of payment will be processed through Paddle with no exceptions or conditions. After the 14-day period, all payments are final and no refunds will be issued for partial or unused subscription periods.
All intellectual property rights related to the DeepSite AI Service, including software, algorithms, text, graphics and trademarks, are the exclusive property of DeepSite AI. You retain full ownership of all website content generated using our Service for your commercial or personal use.
DeepSite AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates as needed.
